Our story
Manufacturing portable branding in Durban since 1997
Expandabrand has been manufacturing portable branding since 1997, from our head office and factory in Durban. We make the flags, banners, gazebos, inflatables and display systems that put a brand in front of people, at events and activations, on sports fields, outside dealerships and in retail spaces.
We control the entire process in house, from weaving the fabric through printing, cutting, sewing, packing and shipping. That is unusual in this industry and it is the reason we can hold quality and turnaround at the same time. Our in-house design studio works directly with customers on bespoke pieces when a standard product will not do the job.
There is no minimum order quantity, so a single branded flag for a local club is as welcome as a national rollout. Alongside our Durban head office we have offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Mpumalanga, and the wider group operates from Atlanta in the United States and from Australia, with representatives in Brazil, Canada, England, Ireland, Spain, Germany, France, New Zealand and the Middle East.
We have branded everything from the Durban North Chihuahua Club to the FIFA World Cup, and we work with brands including BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota and Budweiser.
